what should go in my first build

Hello, this is my first time ever building a tower so I have a Thor v2 case by Rosewill and I want to know what I should put in it and how the setup goes plus I want hydro cooling put in it... so please help I need it a lot!!!! I am technically inclined I put a security system in our house so I'll have no problem doing this...thanks a ton y'all!!!!

Some things we need to know:-
- your maximum budget now
- main uses:- gaming primarily, gaming + productivity apps primarily?, something else?
- Single or multi monitor set-up (now - not in the future) and maximum resolution e.g. if single monitor will you be gaming at 1080p, or higher?
- Do you want headroom build in now? - if you want a multi monitor, or, high end gfx card, or, sli/xfire within the next 12months then you'd want to build something in for this.
- preferred CPU choice now?
