Question What should I be expecting?

Hey all, just looking to get started with overclocking on my rig. I'm very new to the PC world so just looking for basics or videos to help introduce me into overclocking.

My set-up:
MB- ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 -CB ATX w/ 802.11ac Wi-Fi, ARGB, USB 3.1, 2 PCIe x16, 3 PCIe x1, 6 SATA3, 2 M.2 SATA/PCIe

CPU- Intel® Core™ Processor i5-9600K 3.70GHZ 9MB

GPU- MSI GeForce RTX 2070 RTX 2070 ARMOR 8G

Mem- 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4/3000MHz

PSU- 1000w

Cooling-CoolerMaster MASTERLIQUID ML240R RGB 240mm Dual Chamber CPU Liquid Cooling System w/ Copper Cold Plate

Like I said I'm new as new gets but if someone could point me in a good direction or has any advice just let me know. I have a 2k monitor but play in 1080 on Rainbow 6, Apex, and other FPS where I get around 140-150 fps. Just seeing if I can get more. I also stream while playing so that probably will affect performance as well. Thanks!
