Very few of those games are going to run well on a Core 2 duo, regardless of your GPU.

I would try to upgrade to a Core 2 Quad Q6600 and GT1030 to play those games even semi decently.

My pc is not very goot but i will get bottleneck if i get the 1030 low profile or not?
