Question what should i buy new CPU or More RAM

so I'm thinking of buying a new CPU but I thought it could be better to buy more RAM
I am a gamer and I want to start streaming

My specs
CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Corsair VS550
MOBO: ASROCK 970 Pro3

at idle, my PC uses 4GB of RAM

I want to upgrade to an AMD RYZEN 5 1600x 16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM and Gigabyte B450M DS3H

How do the prices of the Ryzen 1600X and 2600 compare where you are? In general, the 2600 should be slightly faster with typical gaming loads, and can overclock a little higher. Plus, it includes a stock cooler, whereas the 1600X does not.

Also, what speed of RAM were you planning on getting? Ryzen tends to perform best with faster memory, ideally DDR4 3000 or higher.

The ryzen 5 1600x is about $168 and The 2600 about $196

RAM speed 2666 MHz

I forgot to mention I'm also getting an ARCTIC Freezer 33 eSports ONE

I don't plan to overclock
