No, the Corsair H60 is a closed-loop All-in-One system. The pump, radiator, and block are all self contained and a reservoir is not needed as the loop is pre-filled and does not need maintenance.

If you are questioning whether to buy one, I would recommend it, I have one and have been very happy with it. I replaced the fans with ones slightly quieter than what it comes with in a push-pull configuration and have cooled both a 3570k, a 3770k, and a 4700, all on stock settings with no issues and fairly quiet performance.
