What should i buy?

As of now, i am running a msi z77 mpower motherboard, i5 3570k with a nvidia gtx 560ti. Tx 750w power supply in a rosewill thor v2 case. I game a lot and have no clue what else i can buy to make my system any better than it is. I have $300 to spend and have no clue what to buy. Ideas?

The core of your system is fine (assuming you have 8GB of RAM), now its just upping the graphics card.

Damn you Cyco! I bought Arkham City recently and now your showing off what I'm missing!
Wish they had just relegated the physics to the CPU instead of limiting it to Nvidia cards. In a game like Arkham its not my CPU being stressed at any particular time, overclocked 7870 and when gliding around I have 30FPS!

I disagree.

Radeon 7850, Radeon 7870 or GTX 660 would be the ideal choices. They perform great with the latest game on 1080p and they have great value.

AS you can see then you won't get much performance for the Money, if you buy a GTX 670.

Those GPUs are in the Price range of 150$ to 250$.

I disagree as well the above posted link is supposedley proving what i do not know but a non reference 670 will murder the 7850,7870,660.The fact someone would suggest a 7850 as a upgrade from a 560 Ti should tell you something lol! See the bad thing is i just recently bought my 560ti and i really dont want to be dumping another $400. Into another video card. I am running 16gb of 1600mhz ram. As of today i have about $450. I know buying a gtx 680 would be the best choice as a upgrade. But as i said i rather not be buying another video card. I bought my 560ti less than 6 months ago.

Well that is understandable.So maybe... just save your money nothing else is going to improve performance enough to make any noticable difference.Only other suggestion i have Nowadays, I think every PC should include an SSD period. They’re waaaaaaaaay faster and they draw less energy, but unfortunately they do cost a significant amount more than a traditional hard drive.

Those who have some extra budget laying around, I’d definitely suggest going with a 128GB Samsung 840 Pro or 256GB Samsung 840 Pro in combination with a 1TB Seagate Barracuda. This will allow for plenty of hard drive space for storage while OS and application files may be placed on the SSD for that extra top notch performance.

Sorry, I just thought you wanted to buy the GTX 560 ti, not that you had one. GTX 560 ti should be sufficient for now. Wait for next gen. IF you don't wait you won't see much of a performance gain.
