What Should I Buy?

I have an extra $150 to spend on something and I have been tied over on many things:

1) New motherboard so i can overclock my FX-4300 higher than my current GA-78LMT-S2 board allows me. Also, a CPU cooler to help heat.
2) SSD to put my OS and apps on for faster boot and load times and my current HD for gameplay videos.
3) Mechanical keyboard to replace my standard keyboard.
4) Bunch of games to play.
5) New Case, for future upgrade room.

Specs:
AMD FX-4300
GTX 750
650w PSU
8gb RAM
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 mobo
1TB 7200RPM HDD
Cooler Master Elite 431 plus Case

Thanks in advance for the input and i'd be glad to here other suggestions on what I should upgrade on my PC.

I love the idea of game loads in bf4 going from 2 minutes to 30 seconds, but is it better than overclocking my cpu for better gaming?

I would say maybe just get a CPu cooler and a bunch of games maybe. Nothing would bottleneck, and I imagine that overclocking would give you a couple of frames. The gtx 750 isn't a strong card either.

Should I think about overclocking my gfx card as well as overclocking my cpu?

I don't think overclocking the gpu would help too much. But if you do want more performance out of it, overclocking the GPU would probably give more performance than overclocking the CPU.

Actually, if you are open to buying used on eBay, you can pick up a decent graphics card for under $150, possibly as good as an HD 7970. (I got my 7950 for $110)
