To start with, you don't need a DDR3 card, the VRAM of the card has nothing to do with the RAM your system uses, it's completely separate and GDDR5 is far better than GDDR3 graphics memory.

On your limited power supply, and old i3, the most I would recommend is the GT 730 2GB.

BUT I HAVE ONLY 250 W POWER SUPPLY...........

THE DOES MY MOTHER BOARD SUPPORT DDR 5

Your motherboard supports modern graphic cards no matter their memory type, your board itself is DDR 3, but that doesn't make any difference to the type of memory a graphics card can have, it will still work.
BTW, I actually meant the GT 1030 (a far newer and better GPU than the 730), both of these cards use around 30w, so your 250w PSU is fine.

SO THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH PSU ?

ANY IDEA ABOUT WHICH GPU BRAND SHOULD BUY?

Your PSU will work, it's a cheap make but even it can handle an i3 with a GT 1030.....the total power draw will probably never exceed 100w.

As to which make, it doesn't make much difference on the low end cards as cooling isn't as much of major factor when compared to the top end. They all use the same GPU, the only difference is the build quality. The better companies are MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA, Asus, Zotac and maybe a few others, but any card from those listed manufactures will be fine.

OK SURE I WILL BUY A GRAPHIC CARD FROM THESE COMPANY..
AND THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME....

Your 250w psu will not have a 6 pin power lead that high performance graphics cards require.
You should be able to install a card as good as a GTX1050 or GTX1050ti which does not need aux power.
The pcie x16 slot can deliver a max of 75w and such cards demand less than that.

The ram on your pc is irrelevant for your decision.

As to brands, if you are in the US, look to EVGA which has a nice forum and support group.
