They both have the same specs; core and boost clocks. Get whichever one fits, looks, and/or prices out best for you. The dual fan model might run a tad cooler, although I doubt you'll notice any difference using one large fan vs two smaller fans with the cool-running 1050 Ti GPU.

Both will perform the same. ASUS Expedition will run cooler/quieter because of the fans but performance/gaming wise, they are the same.
If you want better performance, look for AMD 470/GTX 970/GTX 1060.
