[SOLVED] What should I cap my fortnite frames at?

Hello, I play on a 144hz monitor and currently I cap my frames at 144. I used to cap it at 165 because I heard that it’s better to have it 20 frames higher. However I was just wondering what is the best for the least input lag and best performance?

144 fps and 144hz is perfect.Theres nothing better than you can do than match fps and hz perfectly.Dont need to go over 144fps with 144hz.
