Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy a new workstation/gaming PC.
Here is the Parts list.
CPU: Intel I7 9700k (should I change my setup to AMD or get the 10th gen I7 or keep it?) - $379.99
Mother Board: MSI B360 GAMING PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard - $97.99
Ram: CORSAIR - Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB - $159.99
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 5700 (should I change it to RTX 2060 or RTX 2070?) - 329.99
Case: MSI - MPG GUNGNIR eATX Mid-Tower Case - $109.99
Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series, H115i PRO RGB - refurbished - $119.99
Storage: Silicon Power 1TB A80 M2 SSD - $132.99
Storage: WD Red 4TB HDD - $99.99
Monitor 1: Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 27 Inch 4K UHD - $599.99 (work use)
Monitor 2: Dell S2719DGF 27 Inch 2K QHD - $370.49 (gaming use) - any better option? I'll change it if I go to RTX
PSU: Thermaltake - SMART 700W - $59.99 (only reason I got this cheaper PSU is because there isn't any good ones in stock!)

Any recommendations or changes would be much appreciated :)

Solution
Poor matching of motherboard and cpu, the main benefits of a K cpu is overclocking which a B360 board does not support. Also the motherboard only supports RAM speed up to 2666mhz. The psu is poor quality, you need better.

I’d also wait for 10th gen Intel. It looks like the next i5’s will be at least equal or better than the current i7’s but staying at i5 prices. You can then compare 10th benchmarks to AMD options.
currently amd has both a better upgrade path and better cpus.
You should swap to amd

As for rx 5700, it is a better card than the 2060, around the same as the super, but remember that it costs 30$ more, and nvidia has much better features.
rtx, dlss, nvenc, shadowplay/gfe
(much better drivers IMO... ones that don't cause your trees look like turnips.. yes, i have seen it on an rx470. its weird.)

you can also flash the rx 5700 to the xt bios and get a much better gpu, as good as the 2070 or even a little better.

You should point out the risks of the 5700 option. There are a very high number of people complaining about driver issues. Also flashing gpu VBIOS is very risky, you can kill the gpu if it goes wrong and you will have invalidated the warranty.
