Nvidia cards can make use of freesync now. Nvidia also has RTX/DLSS.

1 will be shortchanged on fps with the 2600 vs the 2 with 3600, 1 has the faster monitor refresh but is quite smaller vs 27" of 2.

So freesync isn't really a decision breaker, what will be is which monitor you'll get better use from. If all you play is WoW or Civilization or Sims etc then 2 will be better. If you are more into BF or CoD or CSGO etc then 1 will be better, graphically.

2 will stand a better chance of lasting longer, it's the stronger cpu, so won't loose fps output as fast as the 2600 will in cpu heavy gaming.

RX 5700 outperforms the rtx 2060 and even rtx 2060 super most of the time. At 1080p the fps difference between the 2600 and 3600 isn’t really noticeable so in my opinion the first setup is better
