What should i do if the computer is reboot?

i can't open my computer coz it appear on the screen"reboot and select the proper boot device..what should i do?

Sounds like hard drive bad. New hard drive and reinstall window, check connections on old hard drive, try windows repair, in reverse order.

Check hard disk data & power cable and plugin again
