My pc specs-
cpu: Intel I5-3570k cpu@3.4GHz
mobo: ASUS P8z77-V LK
Ram: Patriot Signature 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)
Ssd-500gb Samsung 860evo
Cooling: Hyper 212 evo
Gpu: GTX 1070
Tower: HAF 932 Case
PSU: Thermaltake TR2-600w PSU

Thinking of getting a ryzen 5 3600x , ryzen 7 3700x for cpu, 750 wat bronze psu, x570 tuff gaming pro w/ wifi, and 16 gig or 32 gig ram. Tring to keep it under 800$ kinda hard to do cause only able to use BestBuy for the financing same as cash. Or I might just wait till feb. for income tax. What yea all think just wait or finance with bestbuy. I know its more cash in the long run.

Solution
You can save a lot by getting a B450 or X470 motherboard instead of a X570. PCIe4 has no real benefit for the majority of home users at this point.

I would replace your PSU mainly because the TR2 is one of the worst PSUs out there.

16Gb of RAM is all that's required for a gaming computer at least at this time

As my suggestion on financing, I wouldn't they are rip offs with incredibly high interest. Wait for sales or wait till the next gen Ryzens are released and pick up the 3000 series on sale.

Also I think it's foolish to try and build a computer for Star Citizen, the game is horribly optimized. I know ill get some flak for saying this, but most likely I don't see the game ever being finished due to Roberts bad habit...

I think they will run out of money before the game is in a stable Beta, especially since there's are no so many high rollers in the community demanding refunds.
