Question What should i do to fix this

Hello there
i have a problem with my pc for long time i dont really now what is th reason
its a PC thats good for gaming just the problem is that whenever the computer is unplugged from the power it runs very slow and laggy and i once saw a topic on the internet that somebody else had the same problem and he was told to unplug the computer [the power source cable from the back of the computer] for 1 minute and plug it back and it realy works
just wante to know if somebody knows what is the problem and how to fix it so i wont have to do this procidure every time
and if somebody knows how to stop the time from restarting every restard

Your power supply shouldn't really affect the performance of your system, so long as it is supplying enough power to your computer. The time the computer is disconnected from the computer will make no real difference. Do you have any specifications, what power supply do you have in your system?
