What should I do to upgrade my PC

I have a custom build PC that is OK and can run games like payday 2 on max graphics 60 frames, but I am looking into building something more powerful. I have a 400 watt power supply and 4 brand new fans including a CPU cooler In your opinion what is the next piece of hardware I should install?

3.7 gigahertz Intel I3 processor
MSI H81M-E33 motherboard
4GB of DDR3 RAM (not sure what brand)
Gigabyte Nvidia 960 2GB
Seagate 500GB hard drive

I think the best upgrade you could do for your computer is to upgrade the mechanical HDD to a speedy SSD. They have really come down in price and make a huge difference in performance for everything you do. You can pick up a decent SSD for under $100. In my opinion, I would get a better power supply. It seems like yours might be nearing its limit if you want to keep upgrading. That would be in preparation for a large CPU/Motherboard/RAM upgrade(they commonly go together).
