Hi everyone!
I would like to ask what should I replace in my computer, or if to buy a newer one is cheaper then what PC I should buy.

I would like to have a pc that can handle games like: nfs Rivals, The crew, or Skyrim and Dirt 3 on max settings.

My spec:
MB: Asrock 4core1600 glan
GPU: Nvidia geforce 9400 GT
RAM: 4GB DDR2 (2,9GB Usable)
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 2.60GHz
OS: Windows 7 32bit

Approximate Purchase Date: doesn't matter

Budget Range: cheaper is better

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, GPU, Motherboard, RAM

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: none

Location: Hungary, Szolnok

Parts Preferences: I would prefer Intel CPU, nvidia GPU

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: don't know what is it

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, but in games I set to 1024x768 because the huge lag

Additional Comments: I would like to know if I can upgrade it, without replace motherboard or not, and which component is weak, the weakest.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: for better gaming experience

Solution
Your pc is too old and too weak to do anything with it.

Your E5300 cpu is a dual core/thread with a passmark rating of1548 and a single thread rating of 1052.
The single tread rating is likely most important for your games.

Today, the Intel kaby lake G4560@3.5 is the best budget cpu out there. Unfortunately, the word is out and prices have gone up from the list price of $64.
You might find the stronger G4600@3.6 or G4620@3.7 with stronger HD630 graphics to be a better deal.
G4560 has 4 threads and a passmark rating of 5100 and a single thread rating of 1992.

Your 9400GT is, as you know, very weak.
Perhaps a dozen tiers lower than the integrated HD610 graphics of the G4560.

My suggestion is to start and use the integrated graphics and see how you do.
My guess is that you will want to install something stronger like a GTX1050ti.

You did not name your PSU, but if it is of decent quality, you can reuse it, even with a GTX1050ti.

You might also be able to reuse your windows 7 32 bit license.
You can reuse the key to reinstall the 64 bit version.

The motherboard and ram will need replacement.
You will want a lga1151 motherboard. Motherboards with H110 chipset are cheapest will work so long as they have a current bios to support kaby lake. Verify that the bios is present, or you will need a 6th gen cpu to do the update.
If you have any doubts, look for a B250 based motherboard which will work out of the box.

8gb of DDR4 ram is about right. You will want a 2 stick kit, particularly for faster integrated operation.

You did not list your hard drive, and, I suppose it could be reused.
But...

I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games.
But, many things default to the "C" drive.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
240gb is the recommended minimum.

Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.

You can repurpose your hard drive for bulk storage.

In time, the lga1151 motherboard can support upgrading to a processor as good as a I7-7700K

Thanks you guys for the fast reply. I will looking into a new computer build.

My hard drive: Samsung HD322HJ
My Power supply: Corsair CX430

Can you recommend a better power supply (if needed) to the components geofelt said?
Are those components are compatible with eachother?
