What should i do with second ssd?

Hi guys so i just got an extra 64gb ssd. Any idea what should I do with it?

I have 128gb ssd as main c drive tho it only has 7gb free space left, 1tb hdd as d drive, and 64gb ssd as e drive

Will my program run faster in my c drive or e drive?

If your C drive is faster than your E drive then programs will run faster from C. About what to do with it, that is up to you, we have no idea what you use the computer for. Use it for backups, file storage, redirect user files to it, use it as a dedicated swap file drive, put it in a hamster cage as a toy, build a boat out of it.
