780 ti vs 290 - there is question here at all

If you can afford you should go for 780 Ti

or

if you are looking something economical buy overclocked 290.

msi z87 gd 65 gaming motherboard
asus gtx 780 ti
i7 4770k
corsair vengeance 1866 mhz 8gb x4
cooler master eisberg 240l prestige
samsung 840 evo 120gb SSD
asus bluray optical drive
windows 8 professional
corsiar 800 watt guk psu

is the 800 watt psu enough

i will be overclocking the i7 to 4ghz and the gpu also

Go for Ausus / Gigabyte Z87 mobos.

did you say - 8 x 4 = 32 gb Ram ? i say its over kill. if you need more you can always buy more ram later, not needed now i guess.
