What should I do?

Solution
Well, you can go to your MOBO's website and update all the drivers(especially SATA ones).
In case the issue persists, and given all the troubleshooting you've performed, I guess there could be something wrong with the MOBO.
You've tried all the SATA ports right?

Hi there Floribert,

You can try using different SATA port as well. Does this HDD seem to power up?
In case the issue persists, I would advise you to attach it to another system. That way you will be a 100% if this is caused by a faulty drive or something else.
If the drive works on another system, there is a possibility that there is something wrong with your MOBO.

Let me know how this goes,

I have tried them (DVD & HDD) on an other computer, they are all working well. And while connected on the motherboard the power is okey, I mean, you can sense that there is something going on inside, the sata cables are also okey. In BIOS Both are not being detected..
