What should i do?

Hello. I decided to buy a new pc. From the beggining it was easy-i was just going to buy a new one. But i am on a budget ($300) and computers for that price are not exactly for my needs-gaming & editing.
So my question is should i buy new pc or used one. I already found 2 pc- one new and one used.

Specs for the new one are:
G4560
4GB ddr4
No gpu
500gb hdd
And 2 year warranty
No OS
For about $300

Specs for the used one are:
I5 3470
8gb ddr3
120gb ssd
500gb hdd
No gpu
2 year warranty
No OS
Its a ThinkCenter
For $278

I dont mind that those computers dont have graphics card because i have one-GTX 1050.
So what are you going to advice me. Tell me your opinion. Im not planning to upgrade next 3-4 years. Thanks

Neither are good choices compared to other deals you can get. New, you could get a 2200g build with 8gb ram. That wouldn't be a dead socket. Used, those similar specs should cost $180 with an os but no ssd.

What will you do for an OS?
You need to budget some $100 for a legitimate copy of windows.

Yeah but my country if i chose 2200g with 8gb ram and motherboard price for the 3 components will be the same as the whole working used pc. As for the OS dont worry my cousin has disk with Windows 10 pro. Thanks for the advices keep telling me your opinion

Bulgaria. I managed to find other computers that are second hand with better specs

Is your cousin also giving you the activation code?
You should realize that the code can be used to activate only one copy of windows.

It might help to show a link to the sites that offer used units.
I can only help if the site language offers English.

Dont worry about that. The site is only on bulgarian and language cant be changed
