Discussion What should I do?

Hi! I've recently built my first desktop, and the RAM I bought was compatible with the CPU but not with the motherboard, still, I tried the RAM and it worked. Odd thing is, the RAM is rated for 3200Mhz but on the UEFI it said it was 2133Mhz. I should overclock to the normal frequency? Should swap it for other RAM? Maybe there is another option? What should I do?

Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4

Corsair Vengeance CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 is OC RAM. What this means is they will initially default to 2133MHz due to the fact that they exceed JDEC standards, so pre programmed profiles do not work. (XMP and D.O.C.P)
You will need to manually adjust Primary Timings and Voltage to get them to their rated SPD.
This is done in Bios under DRAM Timing Control.
If you do not wish to mess with Bios then exchange what you have with a kit that have been tested and known to work and listed on the MB QVL at a lower frequency.
