Question What should I do?

I have just build my PC. The motherboard LED lights is on and the fans and Graphic card fans are all work. However, the monitor show that there are no signal.
The ports still have power as I can charge my phone but It didn't lighten my keyboard .
My build: MSI H310M gaming plus
I3 9100f
8gb ram ddr4
rx 580
psu 650w

get the pcie power to the gpu?
what connection are you using vga/hdmi/dvi/dp?

I use HDMI port and PSU is Thermaltake litepower 650w
I have tried all of that but it didn't work
