also my motherboard has a problem but dont stress you head with the motherboard.

should i get an gtx 1060 3gb or i3 9100f and msi b365m pro-vh?

Plus,you can cheap out on ram.
As long as its 16gb you should have no problem.

Same performance honestly.
Try 1280x1024 if you can,i used to run it when i had my 768p monitor.
Great resolution,makes it seem like its 1080p

I agree. If your monitor is indeed at that resolution: I would upgrade the CPU first. Once the prices of GPUs have reduced, you'll be able to afford a really good GPU when you're ready to upgrade as even the 9100F can handle a 2060 Super relatively well

well the gtx 1060 3gb i can get it for like 100$ second hand. On romanians second hand site is more like very very new hardware or very very old hardware. And they scam like 90% of the time cuz thats Romania

For 200$,in my country on used market,you can get i7 3770k,z77 mobo which you can overclock the i7 3770k on,and 16gb of ram.
It isnt new,but it should be able to handle all of the games pretty well.

Upgrading the GPU on 768p is usseless in my opinion.
At 768p you are more likely to use your CPU than GPU.
R7 250 is fine for 768p in my opinion,or anything else that isnt 1080p>
