What should I downgrade? Help me choose between these

Hi, I am thinking of buying a pc. I had everything that i wanted to buy in my cart. I recently played on 144hz monitors for the first time. It was an amazing experience so i wanted to add it to my cart instead of the 60hz monitor that i planned on buying. When i saw the price of the monitors i knew i had to downgrade some stuff but i didnt know what. I dont know if i should down grade my 16gb to 8gb or 1070ti to a 1070. I want my pc to be able to stream most of the popular games on 1080p/720p on high settings and play on a 144hz monitor or similar. The games i have are esport titles like counter strike, fortnite exc.
What should I downgrade? Should I downgrade anything or keep it on 1070ti with 60hz resulotion? Please help me.
Ps if i downgrade i will have to downgrade my tomahawk plus to a gigabyte GA-AB350M

My cpu is a ryzen 5 2600.

Why don't you post your complete PCPartpicker.com build and state your budget. Maybe someone here can work their magic and optimize your build for a 144hz monitor. Also state your country.

Is your new monitor 1080p 144hz? If so then it's better imo to drop from 1070ti to 1070 since the 1070 can handle most esports game at that resolution and refresh rate with ease.
