What should I get, Another Hd 7970 and crossfire with a new PSU or a single Gtx 970?

Hello, I am thinking of upgrading my rig in preparation for fallout 4, would it be more beneficial to get another 7970 and a Corsair 850w psu for £210 or a single GTX 970 for £260. Which would provide the greater upgrade?

I'd get a single GTX 970. Crossfire can be iffy. You might not get the perfect scaling in all games. And when it does scale properly, is is only around 2 frames ahead of the 970.
