What should i get first?

Hi, i want to upgrade my pc.. Currently has this settings:

Fx 6300 / Oc. 4.0 ghz
Ram 8 gb 1600 mhz
A poor Asrock motherboard..
Gtx 650 Ti 2gb
Psu 800w

So.. i have 2 options:

1- Buy an i5 4690K + ASUS Z97-A ... And keep the Gtx 650Ti

2- Keep my Proc. and motherboard, but upgrade the graphic card to an AMD R9 380...


Anyways the real plan is build a pc with the i5 4690k + R9 380, but i can't afford those things together, what should i do? What should i buy first?

If you want great performance now, you should buy the r9 380 Nitro. Since a more powerful graphics card will usually help more than a more powerful CPU in most games, a graphics card upgrade will be the most benefitial.
However, that depends on the games you play: if you play games that are more CPU dependant than GPU dependant, like MMOs and strategy games, a more powerful CPU would me most helpful.

All in all, the better solution would be buying first the GPU, than upgrade the CPU later, since it will give you better performance now, in most games. Than you could upgrade to the i5 later on.

I'd buy the new processor and motherboard now and use gtx 650Ti for now as it is a pretty decent card. Then when you get the chance upgrade to the r9 380.

The r9 380 will get you much better performance now. Upgrade the CPU later. You will be thankful.
