what should i get first??

well when schools over in june i always get a gift from my grandparents so i was wondering what should i get cuz i kinda need think about it because after i get new mobo and cpu im getting full tower with water. well anyways rite now i have a pentium d 820 running on some cheapo biostar motherboard. well the motherboards not to good so i would like to get a 680i but my cpu also sucks and id like to get a e6600. currently i have a pentium d 820 at 3ghz cant really go any higher cuz it like overheats the chipset. 1 gig of ram a 8800gts 320 that i thinks being bottlenecked because i only get about 50 frames in css even on low at 1280x1024 and its all in a coolermaster centurion 5. so should i get mobo and overclock the 820 alot more or should i get the 680i then mow some lawns and get the e6600 or the otherway around

so should i put my pent.D 820 on the 680i or get a core 2 duo e6600 and put it on this crappy motherboard then get a 680i when i get the money

assuming nothing fries, youll get better preformance with a new proc than with a new mobo.
