That's plenty of power for a HD 7770 or even a HD 7790. You'll be fine
How so?? the requirement for the card is like 400-500W
When manufactures put recommended wattage they always factor in the lowest common denominator aka terrible quality PSUs. The HD 7770 under full load only draws less than 100w of power at stock. Also remember that they are also factoring in full system power draw not just the GPU.
