I'm making my own pc for the first time and i'm not very sure what should i get.I've already bought some parts. For the graphics card i bought the MSI HD 7790 1GB and for the PSU i got the Corsair 650w and for the Ram Crucial DDR3 8GB (2x4)1600MHz Ballistix. What CPU should i buy the AMD FX 8320 or the Intel Core i5 4440,also my budget is pretty low.The intel 4440 comes with a game Total War Rome II.And for the Motherboard im not very sure because i will upgrade my pc in maybe 2 years and i will change the graphics card to a 7850.Thanks for the help :D

Fx 8320 will be better for that build. It's just an underclocked fx 8350. When it comes to gaming, fx 8350 is hardly 2-4 FPS better than fx 8320 when you max out games. And in the future fx 8320 will be better than i5 4440 in almost every games as by that time games will utilize 8 cores.
Even now fx 8320 is enough to max out any game at good fps, but so is 4440. It's 1-2 years later when you will get real advantage of an otca core cpu.
BTW I don't think upgrading to hd 7850 is a great idea after two years. As hd 7850 stands bit above hd 7790 in the line. So think of a bigger upgrade by saving some more money.

I personally have an fx 8350 and I know that there's not much difference in gaming between fx 8350 and fx 8320 when you max out games. And when using all the cores, fx 8320 performs really better than 4440. And if the OP wants to get an fx 8350 like performance then he can overclock it anytime he wants.
The reason I can be so sure is there's even less difference between fx 8350 and 8320 than 3570k and 4670k when you max out games. There's hardly 2 or bit more FPS difference.

You can buy an am3+ motherboard considering your budget. And I don't think you really need any upgrade suddenly after one year. hd 7790 will still be enough to play those games. fx 8320 can last really long, but you may need graphics card upgrade after two years if you wan't to play on med-high.

Thanks alot.Is the MSI 990FXA-GD65 (sAM3+, DDR3, 990 FX) a good choice?

That's a well chosen motherboard with all the features you may need. So going with that motherboard will be nice and you will be free to overclock to your will. So happy gaming! and happy new year!
