What should i get?

So I found A gigabyte p61-ds3-b3 board. For $25 and also a gtx 650 for $50. So that now i have my current 775 system that would it be ideal to get a gtx 650 for it or do I just start over with the 1155 board

Here are my specs
Gigabyte p41t-d3p
Xeon E5430 not Oc'ed
4gb ddr3 (maxed out)
Hd 4670 1gb
Seasonic 520w psu

Tl;dr Should I get gtx 650 or the new board?

If you went with the lga1155 mobo, you'd also have to get an lga1155 cpu, 2nd Gen Sandy Bridge or 3rd Gen Ivy-Bridge, as that lga771 Xeon won't be compatible in any way. You won't find a comparable cpu in lga1155 for cheap, for an i5-3570 expect to pay close to $100, for an i7-3770 it's closer to $150, but the gtx650 would work well with either.

I found i5 2500 for $75. Is that a good deal? Because if that's good. Then I buy the gtx 650. I could use 4gb of ram before i upgrade it later. The 3570 is $100 but I don't really see difference between these in benmarks anyway so I might go with the 2500 if that's a good deal. (For the price of the i5 i might just buy a g4560 but i dont want to spend that much and the g4560 isn't available in any shop around.)

Also I already know that the Xeon isn't compatible with the board.

I5 2500 on eBay is around $50.

What OS have you got?

If you haven't got Windows 7, 8, 10, another option is getting used micro tower business pc, swap your psu and add GPU.

I think I'm just gonna go for that $50. I don't really like prebuilt PCs.

You can get better prices on ebay for ddr3 ram, I picked up 16Gb of 1866 (2x8Gb) last year for $20, and 8Gb of 1866 (2x4Gb) for $11 a few months back.
