Yo dudes, I'm about to build a new PC, and thought I'd get some advice from the chicks and nerds here. My comp will -like most comps- mainly be used to download and view gay porn movies, encode some xxx stuff, have virtual sex though webcams and stuff and play a few games. I am wondering what would be best, a 2.8 Ghz Celeron or a AMD 2.8+ ? Do I need a 64 bit chip ?

Also, any advice on some waterresistant keyboards and monitors ?

I am severly limited in what my mind can perceive.

An AXP 2800+ would outright beat Celeron 2800Mhz in everything - so if you have 2800+ and Celeron 2800Mhz the only choice would be 2800+...

Celerons suck, get a regular p4.
I would get a 64 bit chip if the money was there.
It works just as good as any 32 bit chip plus it can run 64 bit, can't lose.

If you overclock, then buy mobile AXP 2500+

If you don't overclock, then buy AXP 2700+

Visit the OTHER forum and talk to Wingding. He is the most experienced in those matters.

Just don't geet too close, do any bending over or dieing and you might learn a few things.

Be careful when your in the gutter arround here.

I aint signing nothing!!!

I saw someone on this forum link to an article on www.anandtech.com where they compared the Celerons with the Athlons. Wow, bottom line, the Celerons are junk, can't even beat a lowly Duron, let alone the Athlons. Wish I had read this article, as I had bought a Celeron for a relative, but thankfully she only uses it for office application (and even that, it's way slower than Duron). Go to the site, under CPU tab, and read/learn/save money and go with Athlon or Duron.
