What should I go for

A r5 2600x with a h100i v2 or a r7 2700x without
Or even an i7 8700k with a h100i v2.

I will use it for gaming, some video editing and maybe streaming.

What’s the rest of the system or at least what gpu will you use? What is the resolution and Hz of your monitor?

The 8700k is the best but you may not notice the difference depending on the rest of the setup.

Its all pretty similiar to be honest.
I would aim a little bit lower than the 2700x and i6 8700k and grab yourself a good motherboard and powersupply with the i5 8600k

And gtx 1060 which I will upgrade to a 1070ti

For high fps/Hz the 8700k is the clear winner, its stronger cores just come into their own. However with a 1070Ti @ 1440p you are more gpu bound and you wont see as big of a difference over Ryzen. If running a 1080Ti the extra cpu performance of the 8700k would be far more noticeable.
