What should I improve?

Hey guys, recently I found my old computer and what should I improve? I'm looking for at least 200 fps in Counter Strike: Global Offensive. And I need upgrades that are not so expensive.

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Cpu E2160 1.80 GHz
Ram: 4 GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 630 (Not HDMI :/)

I really wanna get into games, but I can only run CS:GO at about 30 frames, Dead Island at barely 10 fps. What should I do guys?

You probably are better off building a new PC.
