What should i look for in buying a gpu for video editing ?

i am deciding to buy a gpu only for video editing AND NOT FOR GAMING soo can anyone help what should i buy ? what is cuba and quadro ? my budget is tight as i bought a dslr camera so can u suggest of abt rs 5000 ?
