I have a ryzen 5 3500X, a Radeon RX 570 and a B450 motherboard.
I want to change the CPU and GPU, and I am also open to changing the motherboard.
Any recommendations?
sorry english isn't my first language

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I have a ryzen 5 3500x, a radeon rx 570 and a b450.
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What sort of a budget do you have for your CPU upgrade? Where are you located? Preferred site for purchase, if you're not located in the USA?

For a solid upgrade, go for a Ryzen 5 5600X or Ryzen 7 5800X. For the GPU, an RX 6700 XT or RTX 3060 is a good boost. If you switch motherboards, try an X570 for future-proofing. This is just for reference, hope that might help you:D

You'll get more out of a GPU upgrade than CPU in the short term.
As far as CPUs, after a GPU upgrade something like a 5700X3D would be good if you priority is gaming.

A X570 is in no way future proofing an AM4 based platform. Just making that clear for others.

While it may offer some additional features and performance improvements, the AM4 platform is previous gen tech. Not current generation.

Some games are graphics limited like fast action shooters.
Others are cpu core speed limited like strategy, sims, and mmo.
Multiplayer tends to like many threads.

You need to find out which.

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.
