What Should I upgrade CPU,RAM,GPU Help Please

Okay so currently my machine has a

mobo: ASROCk Z77 Pro3 Z77
CPU: Intel 3470 Ivy Bridge (Overclocked to 3.8GHz)
GPU AMD 7870
RAM G. Skill 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ

So that is basically the nuts and bolts of my computer I do not have a SSD drive so that is obviously already on the upgrade list. I am hoping to get some opinions from the community on what, if any, other pieces do you feel would be a good piece of hardware to upgrade, and with what. CPU, RAM changes, Motherboard, etc...you get the point. I have a 850 watt power supply so I have the watts for pretty much whatever and budget wise I would like to see things $350.00 and under, if its a little over but you feel its worth mentioning please do. Obviously I am not interested in 1000 dollar GPU upgrades though Thanks in advance for any input you can leave me!!! Also I am mainly an MMO gamer SWTOR FTW

Buy another 7870 and cf them.
Add a samsung 840 evo ssd.
If budget allows, add a good aftermarket cooler.

The 3470 is locked, how did you overclock it lol

And like the above said, a good upgrade for gaming performance would be to Crossfire, though is that actually necessary for SWTOR? And does it even support Crossfire?

Get an SSD, and perhaps another graphics card. In terms of your chipset and cpu, you might as well hold off until next year for broadwell.

You can Still raise the CPU Ration to 40, and get the chip running at 4.0GHZ , locked just means cant raise the
