Question What should I upgrade first? (Ati Radeon hd 5870 or amd athlon x4 860k)

Need to know which I should spend money to upgrade first. Old ass rig I know

Not much to choose from but slightly better GPU if for games. Might need more RAM if less than 8GB.

That’s the parts I currently have in it, that need to be upgraded. Need to know which one I should upgrade first since I don’t have much money
