Hi!
Im trying to play bf3mp with my system, it doesnt go very well. Low = 21fps @32player.
My setup right now is :
Amd a6 5400k dual-core
XFX radeon hd7750 2gb gddr3
Gigabyte F2A75M-D3H
HyperX 8gb 1600mhz
CX430 +80 bronze
Kingston SSD 120gb
500gb

What should i upgrade FIRST? Cpu or Gpu?
Im looking at a x4 760k (because of my budget). Is it a good upgrade?

please clearly mention your budget clearly..

though assuming your cpu choice i would say its $80~
at that price no good GPU upgrade is available also going for that CPU aint either a wise choice for upgrade!

i would say try to upgrade your GPU
though your current GPU should get you more FPS than that

I would say my budget is around 300$.

nice budget..
and this should be a better upgrade

This should still run off of your PSU as it only needs one PCIe connector.
The cooler will let you overclock.

Although admittedly the next upgrade i would recommend is the PSU. XFX Core Pro 550W would be nice (~$55 )
Ok that Asus card might be out of stock, but in general there are several R9 270's in the $185 range and several provides so one of them should be available. Performance of the R9 270 is about the same as 7870. Which should let you run BF4 on high at 40-50 fps. Ultra even at about 30:ish.

Basically you should go up 3 levels in this chart to notice improvement, the R9 270 would do 5 :)

@Foldalot i see , but it may not really face such prob if user avoid overclocking as it isnt really needed for such budget build.
may be you should step over to a better cpu + mobo aswell by selling your current. as i think you gonna do with GPU ?

anyways updating my post to mention you will need a PSU upgrade too:
