What should I upgrade first?

My build's quite old now so I'm looking to possibly upgrade some things however don't know what to focus on.

What about the mobo, it's not really suited for gaming is it?

LGA1155 mobos are hard to find, and I do not know what kind of a performance boost you would see.

I would not get a ITX/ATX mini/small sized mobo for gaming or any other task.

Ah okay, that's a good thing I'll take a look at 970 and the PSU. Thanks for the suggestions.

The 970 is a waste of money from any point of view, for only 350USD you are getting only 30% more performance.

Wait a few more generations or consider the 390x or 980TI when they release (Potentially computex).
