What should I upgrade first?

I currently have a amd a4 6300 apu with the 8370d on board graphics with a F2A68HM-HD2 motherboard aswell as a 8GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz. I am looking at installing a 1050 2gb first then upgrading the cpu and motherboard but I wanted to know what you guys think I should upgrade first as I am on a bit of a budget otherwise I would upgrade the whole system all at once.

Well, from the looks of things the highest you can go on your motherboard would be a Kaveri APU (the 7000 series). Those are getting pretty darn hard to find. So, a new CPU and motherboard are in your future, and honestly, I wouldn't pair a 1050 with an A4 and expect it to be anywhere near its potential. If you are still set on an APU I'd suggest either waiting for the desktop Raven Ridge (Ryzen based APUs) or getting a Bristol Ridge (9000 series) with a shiny new AM4 motherboard. You'd have to get new RAM, but you would have an upgrade path to Ryzen and most likely Ryzen 2.

If you’re getting a new cpu, you would most likely need a new mobo. If you got a supported mobo first, upgradeability would still be somewhat limited. I would say wait until you can get more cash to upgrade the system as a whole. More options to choose from.

I agree it wouldn't reach its full potential I'm just thinking if I upgrade the GPU then I can upgrade the CPU and mobo a couple weeks later depending on what CPU I get then I can always get ram afterwards I bought the pc pre built while on a budget and I am finally looking into upgrading it into a decent gaming rig. Thanks
