Question What should I upgrade first?

Currently I have:
MOBO - A320M-DS2
PROC - AMD A8-9600 RADEON R7
HDD - BARRACUDA 500GB
GPU - NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 750 TI
RAM - 8GB DDR4
PSU - GENERIC 700W

I'm thinking of upgrading my PSU first but I don't know a lot about building computers, please bear with me.

there is honestly not really an upgrade path for your pc

i'd go with a new build tbh

nothing doing there, strat from scratch, if you gave an idea of budget and what it will be used for I'm sure that you would get some very practical advice as to what you could buy.
