I have a low budget gaming pc build and was wondering what to upgrade first other then PSU for the upgrades.

My current build:
CPU: i3 4130 @3.4 GHZ
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750ti
MoBo: Biostar B85MG
PSU: Corsair CX430
1 SSD and 1 HDD
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600 Team Vulcan

I'm wondering what I should upgrade for 100~200$ possibly more.
Thank you!

I like this assessment. Your current rig should be able to handle anything, including BF4 on decent enough settings. Upgrading to an i5 would help with occasional frame dips that you might currently be experiencing, but other than that you aren't going to see big improvements for $200. A moderately better CPU, a moderately better GPU, perhaps you should just be happy with what you have :)

AMD R9 270x would allow you to play games on med-high graphics on 1080p and it costs about 200-250$. I wouldn't upgrade anything else except maybe that CPU to an i5 but the one you currently have should be good enough.

What sort of games do you play / plan to play? I'm kinda leaning CPU

I play games like Battlefield 4, CoD Ghosts, Black ops 2, games like that...
