Hi, I want to ask what should I upgrade for my pc

CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10GH
RAM: 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard: MSI B85M-P33 (MS-7817) (SOCKET 0)
Graphics: Generic Non-PnP Monitor (1920x1080@60Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (MSI)
Storage: 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA) 37 °C

Solution
Tough question actually. The short answer is a new computer.

To get a significant upgrade on the GPU you would have to move to at least a GTX 1080 but the i5-4440 will begin to bottleneck any GPU above a 1060 or equivalent. So to upgrade the GPU you would be looking at getting a Haswell i7 (eg. i7-4790) and a 1080 or 1080 Ti. But your monitor is a 1080p so a 1080 would be a waste of money.

To move to DDR4 RAM requires a new motherboard.

Only thing I can suggest is increasing your RAM to 16GB but that is not likely to produce a huge difference.

Mostly for gaming at high settings

Solution
at what frame rates do you expect? that GPU isn't very powerful for newer releases at good settings/frame rates at higher resolutions. though it would be fine for lower settings.
if you really want to have a good gaming experience at 1080p or higher I would sell all of it and start over.

Your GTX970 is about on par with a 1060 which is more than enough for 1080p 60hz. You could also update to an i7 locked version.
