What should I upgrade? i7-6700k gtx 1070 ti

current build: i7-6700k,gtx 1070 ti zotac mini, 120gb sandisk z400s, 1tb WD (2012) 7200rpm, random aesetek 120mm liquid cooler, h110-m/m.2 e, 2400mhz Adata 2x8 ram, nzxt phantom s240 case. evga 700b bronze psu. I have some ideas but i'm curious what upgrades you guys would make with a 350 USD budget? Just want to make sure i'm making decent upgrades.

New monitor maybe, change the 120GB SSD for a 500GB M.2. Good external disk and backup software, since backups are always neglected.
