What should I upgrade in my current build?

I built my PC in 2013 and figure its time to upgrade a few parts as I'd like to branch out from my current video games (mainly WoW) and try some new things (No Man's Sky, FFXV, etc) that are more graphically intense.

Any suggestions on what to replace to up the performance, or at this point should I start a new build? Not looking for top-line GPU/CPU or anything super fancy, just able to play the mentioned games at 1080p (no 4k display yet) at 60fps or more.

A new build wouldn't be a bad idea, but you can start with getting better PSU and GPU, and go from there. A GTX 1070/1070ti, and a Seasonic Focus gold, Evga G2/G3, at 650w-750w, for upgrade potential.

What is your budget?
If for immediate gaming performance upgrade, a GPU and potentially a PSU is recommended.
GTX 1060 6gb probably is a good bet since you want 1080p 60 fps.
