What should I Upgrade in my PC?

Hey, My birthday is tomorrow, but I've already gone and had my birthday party so i already have my gifts. (hint: its cash) So, i have about $220 and i was wondering what to upgrade on my PC. I mostly play games like MGSV:TPP, PUBG, CS:GO, HOI4, and new releases. My PC has been lacking as of recent, and even in non-intensive places like in Africa in MGSV, my PC has started to drop below 60 on the high preset. Here are my system specs. Thanks!
CPU: Core i5 6400 (Stock Cooler)
GPU: GTX 950 2gb
RAM: 8gb DDR4, 2133
MOBO: Cheapest thing i could find when parts shopping. 2 RAM slots.
HDD: 1TB WD BLUE
Case: Some cheap red one, works fine.
Mouse Keyboard: Coolermaster Devaststator 2 combo
PSU: EVGA 430W BRONZE

From what I can see the thing that you should probably upgrade first is the GPU. With $220 you could probably find a GTX 1060. Your CPU is fine and your power supply should be plenty for the GPU since 1060's are quite power efficient.

Perhaps you could invest in a better GPU. That should aid in increasing your FPS. A 1050ti is not a bad step up. If you can invest more, a 1060 is a potential choice.

Upgrade gpu to gtx 1060 3gb.
You should also upgrade ram to 16GB and get SSD, but your budget will not be enough for that.
