What should I upgrade next? (Cases and coolers too)

Hello everyone, looking for advice on what I should upgrade to get a bit more performance out of my computer. I can play most games with ok fps on mid to Hugh, but it's not enough.

I also find myself getting thermal throttling from the CPU aswell with temps around 90/100, so would like some suggestions on Cases and cooling aswell.

Cpu- i5 4690k
Mobo- GA z97x gaming 7
Gfx - GTX760 2GB
Ram - 8gb ddr3 Kingston khx1333c9db3b1/4g

If your CPU is getting that high then that can affect performance drastically, you need to lower those temps. What is your ambient temp? Also check and make sure your CPU cooler is properly seated with thermal paste. If those are all correct then you will want to invest into a aftermarket cooler like the Cryorig H7/CM EVO 212 or a Noctua and Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste.
