What should i upgrade next on my pc?

Well i think the gpu, u can find a nice r9 290x oc'ed from factory at that money, or a gtx 970. With a decent cooler u can overclock a bit your cpu. If you dont have one add it to your list.

Add another R9 270x for around $160 and then upgrade your CPU to the FX 8350 and you should see a huge difference for the lowest amount of money. Your PSU should easily support 2x R9 270x's

This to me seems the best option for you without having to do anything drastic to your PC.

I added a new cooler so you can overclock your CPU and a blue ray player ( I can't be the only one who uses one!)

EDIT: Here s the proof http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/699?vs=697, scrool down to the last 3 or 4 becnhmarks, those are gaming benchmarks, the difference is very small bewteen fx 6300 and fx 8350, so it doesnt worth it, better buy a single better gpu to avoid cross issues (some games doesnt support cross so your fps will be reduced to half, or doesnt fully support cross and u will have about 10% improvment over your single 270x)
