i have a budget around 500 euro
Cpu= ryzen 3 1300x
gpu= gtx 1060 6gb
240 gb ssd
asrock b450m-hdv motherboard
ballistix 16gb ram
and a 500w corsair power supply.

Its just that i want to have a 144 hz monitor in the future and have high settings on rainbow six siege.

You have a decent b450m mobo and an underpowered cpu for 144Hz. A R5 2600/3600 will get the necessary fps, and it's even possible to get that on screen if you have the ram speeds (3000MHz +) and the gpu for it. The 1060 is a strong 1080p/60Hz card, but can suffer trying to get 144fps in some games.

With 2133MHz ram, R3 1300x and a 1060 you have an ok 1080p/60 pc, but will require a step up in all 3 for 144Hz unless you'll be ok in the 100+ range which only needs cpu/ram
